Othman is a highly experienced Saudi disputes and regulatory practitioner.

For nearly 15 years Othman has handled Saudi litigation and arbitration cases in commercial disputes involving construction, joint ventures, agency termination and labor matters (for the employer).  Othman’s experience includes representation of Saudi and US/International clients in the Saudi General (i.e., “Shari’ah”) Court, the Commercial Court (formerly Board of Grievances), the new Enforcement Courts and related appeals at all levels. Othman also has experience in Saudi’s various specialized disputes bodies.

Othman is one of Saudi Arabia’s most highly experienced bilingual arbitration lawyers.  He has lead arbitrations under the Saudi Arbitration Law and various other international arbitration procedures including one of the first ICC arbitrations seated in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
