Nour Hineidi is the Regional Contentious Matters Leader for Deloitte & Touche Middle East. Nour is responsible for overseeing all of DTME’s internal disputes portfolio (in a general counsel capacity) across 15 countries in Cyprus and Middle East (including Saudi Arabia).  

Prior to joining Deloitte, Nour was the Registrar and Judge at the DIFC Courts in Dubai. She spent 5 years there and was responsible for overseeing the procedural function of the Courts. From time to time, Nour would issue orders on enforcement which covered cross jurisdictional enforcement of judgments and awards.

Nour is an Australian qualified lawyer and practiced at top tier firms in Australia and Dubai focusing on litigation and dispute resolution.
