Toby Landau, student and protege of Mr. Johnny Veeder, together have chiselled the character of international commercial and investment arbitration as it is practiced today. Apart from Mr. Landau's expertise developed from having acted as counsel and arbitrator in an estimated 300+ arbitration disputes, his signature speciality is his ability to understand geopolitical nuances and address diplomatic disasters in ostensibly purely legal disputes. 

Mr. Landau will moderate the session by mapping out the geopolitical landscape, identifying geopolitical challenges in international arbitration, investment and dispute resolution and generate a discussion to practically help ADR practitioners navigate the turbulent waters of geopolitics, rule of law and ADR.
