Dr. Yahya Al-Shareef

Dr. Yahya Al-Shareef serves as a Professor of Commercial Law and Arbitration at the College of Law and Political Science at King Saud University. His contributions to legal education include authoring textbooks on commercial law and arbitration, which are utilized by various universities across Saudi Arabia, and he has published specialized legal research in several peer-reviewed scientific journals. His academic portfolio includes a Master's degree and a Doctorate in International Business Law from the University of Arizona. Dr. Al-Shareef's experience spans multiple arbitration and mediation cases at both national and international levels. He has served as a legal advisor to entities in both the public and private sectors. Presently, he chairs the Disciplinary Committee of the Saudi Esports Federation. Previously, he has held positions as the President of the Football Dispute Arbitration Chamber, the President of the Ordinary Arbitration Chamber, the President of the Appeals Arbitration Chamber, and the President of the Mediation Chamber at the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center.
