Amel Al Aseeri is a partner at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates and has approximately 20 years’ experience in private practice.

She handles complex high-value commercial disputes before the courts in Bahrain and in domestic and international arbitrations. She also has experience with the enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards in Bahrain courts. She represents multinational clients in a wide range of sectors, including, construction and real estate, and has acted for developers, employers, contractors, suppliers, consultants and government ministries. In addition to her work as counsel, Amel increasingly sits as an arbitrator conducting both institutional arbitrations and UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitrations.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). She is also currently serving as Board Member of the ICC Bahrain National Committee and is the Chair of the Lawyers Committee of the ICC Bahrain.
