With Saudi Vision 2030 and most Middle East countries in general investing heavily in technology, this session will cover the different challenges and opportunities that technology brings in dispute resolution and investigations. Partners Sophie Eyre, Lucas Pitts, Raya AlKhatib and Jalal El Ahdab will be pointing out issues on the horizon in ever-evolving areas such as data privacy litigation, product liability, fraud investigations and tech arbitrations. How does AI affect liability? How do law firms and courts use technology to their advantage? Arbitration in the metaverse? How is AI being used by counsel and arbitrators, beyond case-management? Renowned for our tech-savvy approach, these and other topics will be covered during this session.

 

The debate will then continue into the evening with a relaxed networking event, including canapés and refreshments.
