Mr. Mosaad Al-Kherb is the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) with extensive experience in managing ADR projects from a business perspective. He supervised different partnerships in foreign countries including Arab World, UK, USA, China, Belgium, Singapore, Austria, Malaysia, and others.

Mr. Mosaad is a member in different advisory boards and committees:
  • The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators “CIArb” – KSA Branch Steering Committee.
  • The KSA’s delegate in the UNCITRAL-United Nations 2nd Working Group.
  • Several ADR government committees in government & private sectors.
  • The healthcare committee in the Saudi-Chinees Business Council.
