About

Maher Othman Alsaeed is an Assistant Deputy Ministry for Laws and Regulations at the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, before that he was a General Manager for Commercial Laws and Polices and a project manager for many commercial law projects including the Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Pledge Law, Secured Transactions Law, Franchise Law and Professional Companies Law. Before joining the Ministry, Maher was an associate at Baker McKenzie Law Firm in both Riyadh and Bahrain Offices in which he worked on many matters in the finance and corporate fields.

Maher is also a Board Member of the General Authority of Competition, a Ministry representative in the Off-plan Sale or Rent Committee and a Chairman of the Committee for Considering Violations of the Auditing and Accounting Profession Law.
